The Nonconnah Parkway Project was the construction of 4.5 miles of a four lane, access-controlled thoroughfare (known as Route No. 385) across wetland acreage located in Memphis, Tennessee, from Winchester Road to west of Bailey Station Road.
Construction of this project consisted of clearing, cut, fill, erosion control, asphalt and concrete paving, grassing, grading, drainage, underground piping, underground electrical, turbine foundations, miscellaneous foundations and auger cast piling.
Hill Brothers was instrumental in the final phases of the parkway’s construction, in which several miles of parkway and seven bridges were constructed.
