The components of this contract include Earthquake Retrofit Project I-2 and Ramps IL, D, NO & G for the I-40 Bridge over the MS River in Memphis, TN. The work will include modifications to the existing foundation footings, columns, pier caps, diaphragms, and expansion joints. The project will also require traffic control, foundation preparation, shoring, misc. concrete work, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, traffic striping, guardrail, fencing, painting of structures, and structural steel modifications. The project is scheduled for completion on November 30, 2013.
